Make sure you are calling our customer service line 844-707-7300 and not the phone number that texted you or the extension of the person who may have called you, if they are not working that day you will not be able to get ahold of anyone. Also the best way to make sure you get a call back is to leave us a message. We answer all of our voicemails. You can always text us back from the number that texted you as well.

I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with 60monthloans, Inc. One of the main factors that determines whether you get a loan or not is your bank statement review! If you have a high debt to income ratio we choose not to lend because we want to be responsible lenders and not lend when it looks difficult to make the pay back. That's why we call and ask additional questions to get more clarification on the information we have already obtained from you to give you the best chance. We are sorry that we were not able to lend to you at this time.
