Brilliantly simple and incredibly effective. This programme has forever changed the way I think and value people in all areas of my life; work, team, family and community. I know that this programme with have ripple effects and significant ROI throughout every area of my life for years to come. The course and its content is both professional and engaging and complemented by a hugely supportive GiANT team - a winning formula.

This is a very well designed programme introducing the system and how to use it. The materials are high quality and the content and flow are well thought through and delivered

I've always been interested in how our personalities shape the way we interact. I must of read a half-a-dozen different books on how to identify the differences. While I understood many of the theories of these ideas intellectually, it wasn't until I underwent the 5 Voices Certification by GiANT that felt I fully understood and appreciated those differences - learning in depth about the "why" as well as the "how" we are all so unique. The training and coaching I received from the team at GiANT were first class, it soon was having such an impact on how I viewed others, that I experienced a complete mindset shift and increasing gratitude toward some people I previously only (at best) tolerated. This certification has literally changed my life. My wife, kids, neighbours and work colleagues are all benefiting from being better understood and experiencing a richer, more caring engagement. Now that I'm intentionally practising the skills I've learned on a daily basis, I can see everyone appreciates being led by a better leader who actually cares about them. It's humbling to be able to make such a difference! I'll always be grateful to GiANT for guiding me towards my true self; a Connector Creative who appreciates all 5 Voices.

This is a world-class program. The content is transformational and a game changer for my practice.

Everything in this program is well thought out and professionally produced. It has tremendous depth and practical applications for every individual and team that uses it. The best part of it for me was that through the process of learning to present the 5 voices I significantly changed how I lead my team and coached my staff. Others in my organization have commented on how much more engaged by staff has been over the past few weeks. I highly recommend this program.

Thank you for a thought provoking, challenging, inspiring, well supported training. I feel like I need to do it all over again to fully grasp it all, but I know it’s a process that will continue

This 5 Voices training has exceeded my expectations. Not only did the content get better and better, the whole training was demanding and professional. I look forward to the opportunity to faciliate the training and concepts for others.

Becoming a 5 Voices Certified Coach has changed my perspective on the usefulness of personality assessments in improving team dynamics. I have always seen value there before, but the 5 Voices is the first approach that provides specific insight into how each of us fit into team dynamics overall, where we can be overlooked or overrun, and where we can cause benefit or harm. It is multidimensional in its analysis, interpretation, and application, providing specific tips for improving our understanding of ourselves and others, while still being fairly simple in its language and overall presentation. It easily provides value at initial exposure and continues to deepen that value at each further level of understanding. I learned more in the few months of this training about myself and how to be more cognizant in dealing with my own impact challenges than I have in working with MBTI and other assessments for years.
