So far I've earned my first £5 in a week. Now I'm getting screened out more times than not, not qualifying or it just crashes. You as the company have the responsibility for all the surveys you have deals with. Don't give the same stock answer every time someone complains on here! Do something to improve your site. You are wasting people's time and that's NOT FAIR!

Rubbish! Was great for a couple of weeks, but now seem to be either getting no surveys just before I reach 5 or when I do get them they take you to the end and then screen you out. Sick of it!

I was on survey 3, it cleared me off after about 5 mins, survey 4 booted me too after twice as long as survey 3. Ridiculous, a scam to steal your time

Sick to death of of completing surveys only for them to break and no customer support to contact , only get in touch with a bot , most infuriating survey site about , avoid!!!! Update - still constantly happening, should be able to earn easily from this site but made so difficult once you get to 3 ticks, frustrating receiving nothing for your time because with prime opinion you will be compensated in some way and support are very good , this lot just fob you off with how they have no control , con artists !!

I completed a 5th survey a few times & it would go back to the home screen & say sorry you didn't qualify or something similar. I have cashed out a few times before but it's been a while. I tried to delete my account but it said I was putting in the wrong password I don't know why I have to put that in again.I kept trying to reset my password & when I clicked on forgot password a 10-second countdown before & after the time ran out when I tried resetting my password it kept saying this token is no longer available & it kept me from being able to delete my account. This is like some trick to keep people as members but not have to pay for the people completing enough surveys to cash out.

This thing is a joke so please be careful if you want to do it it's like a scam. You're honest with your answers and then they tell you you're not able to do the survey and I had that happen five times in a row and I was honest about everything so I would recommend to find something else these people are awful.
