I had a horrible experience I ordered and paid for TWO bracelets Only received one l. Bracelet quality and size was not satisfactory at all!!!!! Tried reaching out via email numerous times . Never got a refund or a response HORRIBLE

Looking on the website I was genuinely excited about their products, especially being a Muslim. So I placed an order for two caps - the Makkah Cap and the Suede Mashallah Cap. I also paid the extra delivery charge for their so called guaranteed next day delivery on all ordered placed before 3pm. The order was placed on 1st Feb and arrived 3 days later on 4th which was disappointing. Then to top this off, the quality of both caps was very poor, the top section of both caps has not solid structure so the caps are creased badly and look really cheap and flimsy. My £12 Adidas cap has better shape. The illustration pictures of their caps are misleading. Won’t be ordering again
