I recently ordered a 5G product from the store, and my order was canceled because your system claimed my shipping address was 'invalid. I received a call from your team simply asking if it was a commercial address, and the next thing I knew, the order was canceled. I always use this shipping address for my orders because I am rarely home during the day, and I have never had a problem getting deliveries here before. This situation makes me incredibly angry. I was expecting to receive the product on Monday and had already set up an installer to come to my house the very next day. This sudden cancellation completely screwed up my plans. To make matters worse, customer service told me I have to re-order but cannot use the credit card, even though there is absolutely nothing wrong with my account. This is a highly frustrating experience and terrible customer service.

I had to return an item because it didn’t perform as advertised, and their whole return process felt designed to nickel-and-dime you at every step. Their “30-day” return window starts the day the order ships, not when you actually receive it, so you’re already short a bunch of days just waiting for delivery. No matter the reason; even if the product is faulty and it’s clearly not your fault, they slap on a 20% restocking fee, and you have to cover return shipping yourself. They shipped mine in one of those thin padded envelopes that’s impossible to reuse, so I ended up having to buy a proper box just to send it back safely. After I got the RMA email with the number, they only give you 10 business days for the package to arrive back at their warehouse…not just for you to ship it out. Most companies let you postmark it within the timeframe, but these guys require it to be received by then. Throw in weekends, holidays, or any delays, and you’re rushing to the post office, forced to pay for faster shipping because cheap ground won’t cut it. On top of that, they allow themselves up to a full 15 business days to process your refund once they get it. How is any of this customer-friendly? It feels like they make returning stuff as painful and expensive as possible, especially if something goes wrong on their end. Total rip-off! Stay away! One star!!

I ordered a $300 Peplink B One router from 5GStore to improve my multi-WAN setup for work VoIP (Cisco Jabber). Despite extensive troubleshooting (firmware updates, MTU adjustments, SIP Compatibility Mode, factory resets), the router was incompatible—Jabber phone services failed to register while everything worked fine when bypassing the router. The return process was frustrating and felt like deliberate delay tactics: • First, they asked for photos of the router and contents. • Then, in a separate email, for photos of all sides (something they could have requested upfront). • In between, they suggested a fix that didn’t work. • Finally, after I pushed again, they issued the RMA—but only after reiterating no exceptions to their 20% restocking fee (~$60). I also had to pay ~$30 for return shipping (they don’t cover it). All told, returning a product that never worked as intended cost me nearly $100. Think twice before buying from 5GStore. Their rigid no-exception policies, drawn-out return process, and lack of customer goodwill make it an expensive mistake. I won’t be doing business with them again.

Typical US reseller of chinese made crap, customer service is reduced to advises like ... did you check that your router is plugged in . ... or did you update to our latest firmware... they also try to sell online access to pepwave routers for 300$ a year but thery cannot find anybody to buy the air so they now try to sell this air for $150. They have some weird names for marketing their bogus stuff like calling it fusion, speedfusion,primecare and so on... well sure their stuff needs a lot of maintenance...all this is extremely disappointing given their outrageous pricing that one can hope will give you a troublefree performance.

Shipping quote for a pack of 3 fuses in my shopping cart.. SmartPost (4-10 days, final delivery by USPS) ...$15.89 Talk about a price gouge and a rip off... Shipping from this company is over-the-top to say the least, buyer beware.

I ordered a Peplink BR2 Pro and a seperate Peplink BR2 Pro power supply. I had stated that I needed these express over night for the next day if at all possible. I paid the extra shipping fees, both orders were delayed for several days and notifications for delivery were continually missed. I needed this equipment for a special meeting we were planning for on the Feb 21. We basically had to stand up an alternative tech to kick off the meeting. Frankly I would expect a rebate of the Fed Ex up charges as they failed to meet even a USPS ground standard. This it the poorest performance I have ever seen from Fed Ex, your company needs to hold them accountable as we had other options for purchasing this gear, and if we are stuck with this poor service and cost we will seek alternative solutions.
