I called to discuss a wifi router before purchase. Within 2 days of purchase, it arrived. Setup was easy. However, there were a couple of small "glitches" during setup. I got a technician on the phone (who was in the USA) and the problem was resolved quickly. I used the other resources provided to enhance the security of the system. Very easy to follow. This router replaced my Apple Time Capsule that had died. What a difference! Great signal strength. Great router, great service...and to top it off, they put a small gift in the package. I'm now bragging about this router to friends! Thanks again!!
