I don't give out 5 stars lightly. 5gstore is exceptional. Good pre-sales advice, returning items is easy (the return was on me for ordering the wrong thing), and their products perform as advertised. What else needs to be said?

Been using them for about 5 years. If you call them they'll ask you what you want to do and either build it out for you or tell you why it won't work. I've never had to return anything.

Overnight shipping is truly overnight!!! The Prepwave BR1 MK2 Cat 6 was replacing a Netgear M1100 - what a difference. We travel in our RV and our hotspot was just not doing the job for my wife's work. Wish I knew about this product a couple of years ago.

Put in my order for a Pepwave Soho Surf, had a note they were on backorder, then they must have gotten their stock early and it showed up at my door the next day. Very happy with the experience.
