This company is not to be trusted
This company is not to be trusted. I had a positive balance; they took those funds and switched me to a monthly plan without my authorization, and now they are sending me an invoice that I am supposed to pay.

After reviewing your account transition, we would like to provide clarification regarding the recent concern you raised about the plan switch: 1. Prior Notification: The plan switch was not executed without prior notification. On February 22nd 2023, we sent you an email outlining the upcoming September switch. 2. Email Correspondence: On February 22nd, we let you know about a plan change happening in September. In your reply on the same day, you asked if you could stick with the current Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan until September. We confirmed that you could, but reminded you that the switch to the new plan would happen automatically after September. 3. Plan Switch in November: The plan switch was implemented in November, utilizing the credits in your account for the corresponding month's invoice.
