I ordered an abs module, it was not the correct part for my car, I reached out to customer service and Hannah worked with me on returning the part and getting my refund in a timely manner. Even though it didn't work out for me, I did appreciate Hannah walking me through the return process and answering all my questions and concerns.

0 stars. We received a part that was damaged. We returned it with their approval but we’ve been trying for weeks to get a refund. We finally had to turn it over to our bank. I don’t recommend this business. They are not trustworthy.
Response from 50 Stars Auto PartsOct 23, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a refund, especially after returning a damaged part with approval. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. We take your feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to review the situation and help resolve any outstanding issues. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details so our team can look into this matter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience.
