Absolutely terrible experience all around.

The services all feel like a random hodgepodge of micro services bought off a software marketplace and mashed together with no attention paid to the user experience or how the product would be used. I immediately cancelled my account and was hounded by someone for months asking me to call them for an exit interview in order to cancel my account. They finally cancelled my account but continued to send MULTIPLE daily emails asking for a phone call or random account notifications. I asked them to delete all of my info and yet to this day I continue to get emails from them asking for random things. Most recent is multiple emails about reviewing them on every review site imaginable. The software is unimpressive and barely usable. The user experience on the whole is incredibly frustrating. The company does not respect its customers and knows nothing about data management. I am 100% certain all the other positive reviews on this site are from paid reviewers and are fake. They read like they came directly from 500apps about page. EDIT: Dear lord... The reply from the company perfectly showcases everything I mentioned in my original review. From the clueless language, to the hodge-podge copy and past response from a website that explains how to apologize (including the reasoning behind the apology also being pasted here), to the requesting of another phone call. You can't make this up.
