Asked for a photo of my ID and my bank card to verify the transaction. I refused to do so as I felt this was not necessary. I gave evidence via email that I had purchased and for how much but they still refused to proceed, I then sent a photo of payment on my pay pal but hid my personal details. They asked me to show my personal information which I refused to do again. They said that I had to wait 4 days to speak to a manager in order to resolve the situation so I requested a refund which they told me would take 5 days. I have reported the transaction via PayPal and hopefully I will get my money back.

I use to purchase from them all the time, they now are asking for pictures of ID and Debit/Credit card with nothing being blocked for "Verification". DO NOT DO THIS. This is not needed to "verify" you're purchase they are trying to steal your info for account theft or identity theft. I have no idea what has happened to this site but it is not the same anymore and is NOT LEGIT. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Asked me to trade back gold otherwise they would charge my card more. By that time they had a screenshot of me accepting the gold I just traded back. They said they needed to login to my account to drop trade the gold, then put the gold in my bank. They looted my entire account and charged me for the gold which they stole back immediately. Dont give them your phone number in game chat, only through the website chat...

Complete scam! Purchased 200m had phone call to verify the purchase then the guy blocked me in game and said “see ya around”. Do not use this website.

Website advertised low prayer firecape. I purchased service and was instantly told that they cannot complete due to my account having low prayer. Makes no sense why they advertised this service and they havent been able to give me a proper explaination.

first time purchasing from these, went onto live chat and they ask for my ID showing my date of birth and address along with a photo of my debit card for verification. dont trust them and dont hand over these details a lot of damage can be done when people acquire these, possible identity fraud.
