Terrible service, asked for a refund as didn’t want to provide my ID and they said I will be refunded in 3-5 days. 5 days past so contacted them, they said they need a manager to check to see if I have been refunded even though I was told by them that they have refunded. Said wait 2 more days, so I contact again and now I keep getting disconnected on chat (kicked I believe) tried other emails and IP address and don’t have a problem. Very poor service, be careful as I believe this to be a scam.

Beware of this website! Asking for a photo of my bank card and ID for verification in order to deliver goods I paid for, this is an attempt to steal my bank details and information. Someone seriously needs to have this site taken down, I pray I get my £40 back but highly doubt it and I have had to cancel my card as I’m at risk of fraud. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!!! Edit: After some research this website is connected to IGvault. If I receive the refund I requested I will update this!

45 minutes of not stop bs “email this” “email this”, they also tell you to confirm the same email they email you even though you tell them the name they emailed from. Absolute trash process. I 100% do not recommend this.

First few purchases seemed legit but after the 3rd they will try to scam your personal info saying they need a pic of your paypal trancsaction and will get arsey if you hide your name and address. TOOK MONEY AND DIDNT RECEIVE GOODS! JUST GOT PESTERED FOR MY PERSONAL INFO AND BANK CARD. Hoping I can report them to PayPal and get refunded. DO NOT USE 4RSGOLD.COM

Scam Just like everybody else here, these guys are scammers trying to take your password. Saying the can't change it. If you don't give them they will stop talking to you and can't refund.

Scammed me under the guise of verification. Do not trust this site.
