Ms. Ashbaugh, Thank you for your feedback. As you very well know, you were insistent on attending an in-person class when the pandemic was in full swing across the country and none of the cities in KY would allow us and no hotel was offering space. We offered you several options - move it to another city at no cost to you (where conduct the class), move it to a virtual class which we conduct weekly, move it to a weekend only class. We extended your online portal access that includes the application prep tool, over 50 hours of video, digital course material, PMP road map for 14 months to accommodate your requests. You eventually agreed to take the virtual class and we relaxed various terms for you. I am not sure what else we can do in situations of pandemic which are out of our control. Please give our customer service a call and we will go out of our way to make sure your exam preparation is rock solid and your exam success is guaranteed.

Adrian, Sorry to hear about your experience. Firstly, as a statement of fact, we are one of the most successful companies in the PM exam prep field and consistently maintain one of the top pass rates in PMIs ATP program according to PMI. According to PMI stats, we have the highest exam take rate and one of the highest pass rates. After your first attempt of the exam you explicitly emailed and mentioned to us that you felt your nerves and the dropping of the exam application at the beginning of your test affected the outcome of your exam; then moving on to mention you needed to study up more on some subjects. This would indicate you felt the results you received were caused by environmental factors and in need of more preparation. Which is much different from the implied causation in your email that our course materials were not effective enough that you state here. We promised to stand by our guarantee to refund you if you took the exam and failed as per our terms. Yet, you did not even take the exam the required 3 times and wanted full refund from us. We stood by you to support you with study plans, 50+ hours of recorded videos including several on exam strategy analyzing how to breakdown the questions, 1800+ finely tuned PMP exam questions, instructor access, personalized zoom sessions, group exam review sessions every other Friday in additional to extended online portal access, hard copy materials of our comprehensive study guide, brown book, and orange book, to help you overcome any challenges. Our CEO offered to work with you directly. We are disappointed you feel the way yo udo despite all that we offered so you could succeed.

Aaron, Thank you for your feedback. Our course is not $3000. It is less than $2000. (1) Our instructors go through nearly 500 questions in the classroom clinically analyzing each question and the process of elimination that each one of our instructor is trained to teach. (2) Additionally, on our online portal one of the most popular videos is a 4-hour video analyzing over 50 questions showing a) how to review the question b) how to read the answers c) how to eliminate the answers and d) how to find the reference in PMTI blue book. (3) There are approximately 2000 questions that are tailored to the PMP exam so you get as much practice as you require. The rationale explains why an answer is correct and the other answers are less correct. (4) Our CEO conducts bi-weekly exam review sessions for 2-3 hours going over several questions sharing the techniques of identifying the right keywords in the questions and in the answers, recognizing what you know and do not know about the topic and where to find it, and how to eliminate answers. (5) Students get dozens of recorded videos which show hundreds of questions clinically analyzed this way. So, we am not sure why this was not adequate for you. Also, our instructors do not read the book because the book has references to several templates, illustrations, and examples not found even in the PMBOK Guide to enhance your understanding. So, I am not entirely sure if you attended the PMTI PMP boot camp. Please call us and we will be glad to address your grievances and resolve them.
