I feel like the in person training and books were a good indication of preparing for the exam.
Unfortunately, the instructor put a lot of emphasis on the practice test online. There were over 700 questions that took months to practice. Those questions didn’t line up at all with the verbiage or the questions on the exam. I feel like I had to guess at around 40% of the exam and barely passed. For those that took the in person class, I would recommend studying what was in the books provided versus the online practice exams.

Ultimately Helped Me Pass But Poorly Organized
While I feel my instructor did a really good job with leading the class, I had some issues with the curriculum itself.
First, prior to the start of the class, I was extremely confused as to what we were expected to read/do ahead of time vs. what was just suggested. There was not clear guidance and some mixed messages in the communications.
Next, it was clear that nobody carefully reviewed the white and blue books for quality, since there were a number of typos, instances of direct contradiction, and one instance of a flat-out incorrect definition. (The NPV is defined in the books as the cash outflow minus the inflow, but when I questioned this during the lesson, my instructor confirmed it should actually be the other way around.)
Additionally, many of the practice questions/exams were poorly written and contained grammatical or other errors that made attempting to even understand the questions difficult.
Finally, the boot camp placed a lot of focus on terminology and names of various theorists, but almost none of it was even referenced in the actual exam, which made me feel like I had spent several hours of my time studying the wrong things.
All this is to say that I still passed the PMP, but I did A LOT of outside work and studying on my own in order to prepare. Overall, I feel like the boot camp could be much better organized and do a better job of focusing the content on what's actually needed to pass the exam while removing the fluff.

Hi There Dave. Thank you for your feedback. The white book (PMI approved PMP exam prep book), blue book (slides), and the questions are all approved, developed, and supplied by PMI and we are required to present them as is. There were several reminders sent providing what to do before the class, during the class, and after the class. There is a fantastic online student portal that has an intro video right on the home page outlining and providing a full guidance on how to proceed with a) completing application beforehand b) completing refresher videos before the class c) readiness tests d) class tests e) nearly 1800 after class question in the form of mock exams and f) the email and phone numbers of our staff as well as our CEO. When the class is complete we provide recorded videos to all students who request. Our instructors provide their emails and phone numbers to students as part of the class so they can call them anytime. Based out of Dallas, our staff is available standard work hours to answer any questions.
So, we take proactive steps to help our students. I get the feeling either some of these emails and communications fell into junk folder or didn't make it to you for some reason. Either way, please trust us in getting you onboard. I am not sure how your situation has occurred. I apologize if there were any balls dropped by PMTI. Please get back to us and we will make it right.

I passed my PMP exam on the first try…
I passed my PMP exam on the first try but honestly I wouldn't say I felt confident after this course going into the exam. I ended up studying almost 2 days straight prior to the exam and I think that was the decider. More focus on practice tests and a larger bank of questions would have been more helpful. The course itself I didn't find that useful but the associated materials were.

Good content, but didn't go far enough.
Good content, Engaging trainer, but the class did not go far enough to be fully prepared.
