When I ordered the pens, I selected the color I wanted. When I added my logo, it reverted to assorted colors. I didn't notice because I had already made my choice and had no reason to think it would revert! I completed the order and never got anything in my email from them and when I called, they assured me my order was right and I would get a proof. I never got a proof, and they sent assorted colors - off brand. I get that I should have been more diligent, but I trusted that they were got it right and would send a proof. When I called about this, they said they would check on a discount if I reordered and never called back.

I reached out to customer service about designing my pens, the person that helped me was very quick to respond and worked with me until we got it perfect. I then reached out after ordering to get an ETA on my delivery and they responded very quickly then as well. I had a great experience and will order again in the future.

The pens look just like I imagined them!

Customer Service informed me that the item I was looking at was not going to be available and they offered a solution which was delivered as scheduled.

When I received my pens the base of the pen I chose was teal and they sent me a blue that was definintly not my choice of color. They responded to my complaint and said they were out of teal, but did not communicate with me to see if I had a second choice. They offered a 10% discount on my next order, but not sure I will be using you again. Communication is key!
