They had to send me Whole new base. My God my daughter got cheated out of The time she was able to use it. And on top of it all I sent him a video of what it was doing in a said that was normal and I sent him a video for a little bit longer in the noise it was making in they said don't use anymore. It took way too long to get a new base. Yeah probably not by from this company again. UPDATE THEY DID SEND ME A NEW BOTTOM BUT THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ALMOST THE WHOLE AMOUNT THE WARRANTY COVERED
