Same as most on their Facebook page. RUN! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEY MESS ORDER UP. The reviews on their page are absolutely NOT accurate or generated by friends/family/bots.

I ordered 8 items that totaled 103.80. The shipped my oder as promised, except it was missing 2 items that accounted for $36 and some change. There was no packing slip.I tried calling, no answer, I tried leaving messages, no reply. Zero customer service. Reports to AMEX. I will not be a return customer and would advise any one else to only buy from a reputable source. It seems like the name 4LifeTime is about how long you will have to wait for any service from them.

Ordered 6 double flex line wrenches, only 3 showed up. Emailed them pictures of the packaging with order number and which items were missing. It's been almost week and there's been no reply. I try their chat bot, it only takes messages, no human. I finally find a phone number and call only to have to leave a message. Starting to wonder if humans work there and if they're even getting messages! Wondering if I'll ever get my other wrenches or my money back! Would not order here again.

Customer service is non existent. My hydraulic flaring tool quit working - no leaks, no misuse, so probably an internal leak. Tried to get a schematic from them, and/or a rebuild kit. No phone number to call, only an email address that they ignore. Had to buy a new kit, obviously a different brand, so I could get my customer’s car done. It made good flares when it worked. I bought it used, original purchaser made one set of brake lines with it. I made 3 and 1/2 sets of brake lines before the tool failed.

The crappy tool they sent me (flare tool) doesn't allow me to make a perfect flare! Why? Because the bars aren't aligned. The two halves that join to make the flare, at the top base, the bevel (chamfer), one half has a larger diameter than the other half, resulting in a defective flare. The most serious problem is that I've sent several messages about the return and haven't received any response from 4LIFETIMELINES.COM

Ignores problems and won't refund defective products sold

The 3/16" nicopp line will not flare correctly, it's too thin or too soft. Customer service will not respond to requests for replacement or refund. Horrible customer service and horrible product.

Absolutely the worse company ever the product sucks and you cant even call or email them because they dont respond
