I’d give them 0 stars if it were possible. This company is downright awful. Turned my power off within two weeks of my move in date, hadn’t even had my first bill yet. No warning, no call, no email at all. And when I called told me to report it to centerpoint as an outage. Centerpoint.. told me to call 4change back. 4change then told me ‘someone scheduled a move out shut off’ mind you, I moved IN 2 weeks prior. I lost everything in my fully stocked fridge and freezer. And had 5 small children sleeping in a house over 95 degree. They told me it would be back on by midnight tonight but then never sent the work order in to get it turned back on. So here we are still sitting with no power. Awful people. Don’t not waste your time and money!

I just switched to this company yesterday and now none of my 220 volt appliances are operational. This includes my air conditioner and my water well. I have not AC and no water. When I called the customer service center the first question they asked me in the USA was to pre one for english? When I explained my issue and that I had already reported this to Centerpoint Energy that owns the line, they stated that there was nothing they could do. Going on two days without water, AC or the use of my dryer and other 220 volt appliances. 1 star because there is not the option for 0 star.

They still are failing to send invoices but do get their ads? I spent over one hour on the phone to get this straight, then wanted to pay bill and they want to charge me $3.53 to do this! No, hung up and did it on the phone but no confer number, but got a person and asked for it, I went through all his questions and then he had more. Run from this company, they have bait and switch tacks, so

It's beyond me that Texas Government allow all of these electrcity companies gouge their constituents. Its frustrating to keep changing from one provider to the next, when they all do the same thing, over and over again-insane. We can do something about this start calling the Public Utlities Commission to stop this outrageous aggressive pricing. Electricity companies should not be making significant profits for a basic necessity (ELECTRICITY) for living. We must use our voices!!

Absolute trash. Their support team does NOT know what they are doing! Within a MONTH of service without notice or permission they have disconnected, reconnected and started themselves a new contract, and sent 4 bills. When calling their customer service for existing customers they don’t listen, transfer you off to someone else or claim they have no idea what’s going on an tell you to get on a longer wait call with CenterPoint.

Horrible the agents have attitudes they don’t work with you and lie about payment arrangements to refuse to give you one . There’s no price match or anything helpful. The price and rate increase consistently it’s crazy after being with this company for two years

Worse energy ever They send me a bill for 800 dollar my use is 1500 kw month I trac my meter Only have one kid 15 years and my wife heater is of always we are out of house all week days my price should be 11cent the wors company ever history of my house average 1800 kw for past 2years

I am an existing customer who has been calling for several weeks trying to get information on renewing, and no one is ever available, and you only offer callbacks. When I ask to speak to a manager, no one is available. I look forward to hearing from someone in the corporate office.
