Poor customer support and in general not useful
Was talking about how a recession will come since 2022. Moved his recession call to a later and later time while (in the end it was Q4 2023 or Q1 2024) always talking how he will buy the generational lows. Went long when indexes reached nearly all time highs. Does not answer any support requests or emails and deletes posts that ask critical questions. Its not possible to delete your credit card in his service and there are some problems with his website that do not allow you to cancel your plan. Stay away from this guy as far as you can!
