I contacted representative Luke at 3 Men Movers to request a revised quote and a copy of the Certificate of Insurance (COI) for an upcoming move. I requested clarification on specific terms, including the pickup address, arrival window, valuation coverage, access fees, and rate validity. I sent these details via text in the morning and followed up by email that evening.
In response, the representative resent the original quote without addressing any of the requested updates or questions. Because the company did not provide the necessary documentation or clear communication regarding their terms, I chose not to book their services. Customers, particularly seniors who require explicit written terms, should verify that all questions are fully answered in writing before committing to a contract with this business.

Movers stole my watch
This moving company stole my watch and refuses to compensate me. I took all necessary actions such as filing a police report and notifying them on time. They allow their movers to rob you with zero consequences.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Driver & team NO SHOWED us and I had to take a day off of work. Move date was set and our landlord flipped out. My wife was pregnant and they gave us zero information while we literally sat in an empty house fully packed waiting for them to show up. Customer service was super rude and didn't know ANYTHING and wouldn't give us any information. After 6 hours they just suggested rescheduling to the next day with zero remorse. All we got was a $99 credit. What about my rate as an executive at my company..... dont do it. They will flake and support will treat you like crap.

Not a Cent Back for Destroyed Belongings
3 Men Movers destroyed a brand new expensive mattress by storing it sideways and with heavy boxes on top in a storage unit. They also destroyed a family heirloom and multiple containers, and broke some glass. When I submitted a claim, they refused to cover any of these items costs (not $1 back) because the claim was past their 90 day window (even though everything was in storage so there was no way to know what they had done until I started to unload the unit). Extremely disappointing, and now I own an accordioned mattress that I cannot sleep on properly and cannot afford to replace. Zero stars if I could give them. Use someone else who is willing to take responsibility for their unprofessional work.

3 Men Movers moved my small house of…
3 Men Movers moved my small house of 1100sq. ft and did an ok job. They did however break my washing maching in the move and my floor was covered in water in my brand new house on the first start-up. I tried to do a claim but my $850 washing machine is only covered at $.60/lb and at 125lbs the washing maching is worth to them about $75 and would cost $500 to fix it. I do NOT recommend these movers as they don't speak english and do NOT care about the move. They will also try and extend as much time for more money as possible.

A Cautionary Tale of Negligence and Corporate Indifference
My Experience with 3 Men Movers
As a consumer who entrusted 3 Men Movers with a routine relocation, I was met with a staggering display of corporate apathy and systemic failure to uphold basic accountability. My move on April 17, 2025, resulted in significant damage to both a 95-pound television and the front entrance door of my new residence. What followed was not a good-faith effort to resolve the issue, but a calculated dismissal of responsibility that lays bare the company’s priorities (profit over people).
Upon reporting the damages, 3 Men Movers responded with a letter dated May 7, 2025, that epitomizes corporate evasion. The company cited Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) regulations to justify capping compensation at $0.60 per pound for the television, which amounts to a laughable $57.00 for a device worth far more. While they offered a "goodwill" settlement of $250.00, this figure is a slap in the face given the actual cost of replacing the TV and repairing the door. Worse, the letter explicitly states that property damage, such as the shattered door, is "typically" not compensated unless the customer jumps through hoops to provide repair quotes. This shifts the burden of proof entirely onto the consumer, despite the damage occurring under the company’s watch.
The response from Customer Service reveals a corporate playbook designed to minimize payouts. By hiding behind TxDMV’s minimum liability standards, 3 Men Movers sidesteps its ethical obligation to address the full scope of damages. The $250 offer is not a gesture of goodwill, but a calculated tactic to placate customers while avoiding meaningful accountability. The stipulation that the offer expires after 90 days adds unnecessary pressure, forcing customers to accept inadequate compensation or risk losing even that pittance.
The company’s refusal to address the door damage unless provided with "1-2 quotes" is particularly egregious. This requirement ignores the reality that such damage is a direct consequence of their crew’s actions. Asking customers to invest time and effort into sourcing repair estimates for problems they did not create is a transparent strategy to deter claims. It reflects a corporate culture that views customer concerns as inconveniences rather than legitimate grievances.
3 Men Movers’ response underscores a fundamental truth: this company cannot be trusted to honor its commitments or protect your belongings. Their reliance on bureaucratic loopholes (e.g., TxDMV’s $0.60-per-pound rule) reveals a business model built on evading responsibility. The $250 "settlement" is not a resolution, but a insulting token gesture that fails to cover even a fraction of the damages incurred.

I had used 3 men movers twice before
I had used 3 men movers twice before. This year, requested the exact same team to move the exact same stuff. I even pointed out with photos on Facebook that 2 years apart it was the exact same items a year later. Some how this year because Nelson and team felt i had a lot of money, the move of a studio apartment worth of items went from no more than 600 to over $1200. Nelson and his team spent over 5 hours loading a studio apartment on to truck. Just loading. I called the 3 men movers dispatch a few times because nelson was refusing to load items that had had last year and also about the time he and his team was taking to load items. I was on the phone with Bella from dispatch for an hour and a half the last phone call. Only in that time did Nelson and his team kick it in gear to move items, but even then they left items behind. Nelson told Bella that move would take until 2pm! They started the time after 8 am why would it take that long to move studio apartment of the same stuff downstairs when it took 3 less than than 3 hours to move the same stuff upstairs last year??? Over $1200 dollars. When I said that was too much, the items Nelson refused to move like the electronics, were then wrapped and loaded on to the truck to kept as collateral. Honestly it feels like this company is a criminal organization.
After the phone calls, two of the crew memebers could be heard making fun me about the calls i made to dispatch, of the members calling me a lying n word that's acting like I'm disabled.
I reached out to the company and they said they could refund an hour of my time and the traveling fee but that's not enough. I could have moved Monday but waited to use Nelson and the crew from last year because i thought there ould be some sense pride and seeing how far id come from the 1 bedroom apartment the to the studio last year, and then from the studio to a house this year. But instead he just assumed i had money, in fact asked me quite a few times about how much money imake and how much my rent and mortgage was. He saw me as a sucker to squeeze money out of. At least that's what i feel like.
Also when I brought the photos from last year and this year to the attention of 3 men movers, they blocked my profile. And deleted the photos. Leaving only the positive review not the negative one about the same crew.
It is also important to note they way they hustle to get a positive review out you. They were adamant about getting a positive review last year, and suggestive of me changing my negative review when they called yesterday. I refused because $333 refund isnt sufficient enough for the the way I was treated, the service recieved, the labor performed or the money Ive spent with the company over the past years. Ive spent nearly 3 grand with the company.
So yeah. My review is 100% true

I used Juan & his crew
I used Juan & his crew. This did not end well for me. My exercise spin bike was taken. It was moved out of my garage and placed on the truck. After the drivers left I noticed that they did not put in my garage. I am disappointed and will never use this company again. They do not guarantee replacement of items if they are taken. I contacted the driver & company. He told me they didn’t have it, neither do I! There were three movers one are all of them know who took it. I would not recommend them as a result of my spin bike being stolen.
