3DExportReviews of 3dexport.com

The website was initially showing as being under maintenance and inaccessible, but then it displayed the message "We have received an unusually large amount of requests from your IP so you have been rate limited for some time." Is this website still operational?

Hi please send me your email

Model is not properly formed and doesn't print properly if the scale is changed

Bought a model and the .obj file doesn't have separate material slots, despite the file having multiple materials. Please vet models more closely.

I wanted to use the file for 3D Printing, but the obj file is not as seen in the image. The black parts of the fish are not visible, the fish has a flat structure.

I think 3dexport.com could be a good site. They have a really nice selection of items. Unfortunately, the item I decided to purchase ended up being a stolen asset. It did not include a rig, where the original asset on Sketchfab did. I will say that 3dexport seems to be aware of the issue and is trying to do something about it with their support.

The response was fast. However, the material of the 3D model seems to have been peeled off and the color is different from the one on the sales page. Who should I contact for this?
