Hello, On September 30, 2023, I purchased a car model for 139 USD from the seller @fisherman3d through the website 3dexport.com. The images previewing this car model on the website showcased extensive details. I bought this 3D car model assuming that the trunk, essential for my 3D project, was also modeled. There was absolutely no information in the product description indicating that the trunk and hood sections were not modeled. However, upon purchasing and reviewing the model, I experienced a severe disappointment as the trunk was not modeled at all. My 3D project required displaying the inside of the trunk, and I had paid 139 USD for this 3D model in vain. I shopped from this website for the first time, trusting its refund guarantee, only to have a terrible experience. I immediately contacted both the seller and website support, explaining the adverse situation I encountered. I sent messages for approximately three days. Neither the seller nor the website provided any support whatsoever. They are trying to close the matter by refusing to refund my payment, which is nothing short of robbery. I demand either a resolution to my problem (by delivering a model with the trunk section included) or a complete refund. I would like to stress repeatedly that I will file complaints to all relevant places if my problem is not resolved. Think twice before shopping from this website, as you will never receive support.

Greedy and racist. The fact that the site is basically commercial is apparently not enough, and they also collect donations. The site itself is inconvenient. Reliability is questionable, as suddenly the conditions and rules change as they please. As partners are unreliable. Covering themselves with some slogans, they are limited racists. And most importantly, they cover a country that kills its own people, encourages the world to kill others, but at the same time they call Russians terrorists. Hypocrites and nothing else...

I did not invade anywhere, but my money was stolen and given to the Ukrainian Nazis, do not cooperate with this company, these are criminals
