the day I made a purchase on the website, after 5 minutes they tried to withdraw additional money from my account. please be careful with this page. Thanks to the quick response of my bank, I did not lose money from my accounts.

The site was a scam. They cheated sellers out of money under the pretext that they were Russian. They paid nothing for the sales. They just took people's money!!! First of all you're a liar and you're obsessed with terrorists. Second, I deleted the models myself a month ago because you refused to make payment to me. Ordinary people are not to blame for what happened. You made it an excuse just to take people's money. Now on 3dexport when they don't want to pay money they just say you're a terrorist and take away your earnings. I am now with a group creating mass posts about what a scammer you are and it will be published on all computer graphics publications. People need to know that 3dexport are thieves.

$65 download was full of viruses. Customer support did not even check the file with the related program to investigate my report. File was full of viruses and had a bunch of random black lines and squares and other invisible objects that had no purpose. The file also could not be exported. When I contacted customer support, it was very obvious they did not review the report before responding to me. Had they loaded the file with the related software, they would've seen exactly what I was reporting. Luosha's files are full of viruses and obsolete objects that damage the advertised models when attempting to remove them. There is obviously no integrity review for these models before they're submitted to the front end for purchase. I have contacted my bank for a refund since this company has no intention of upholding its buyer protection policy. Update: The support agent informed me that they were intending to give me a full refund but changed their minds to retaliate against my negative review. This is a very unreliable company managed by immature and unexperienced agents.

3D models of which the portal does not have intellectual property are uploaded to the site. They are not authorized to sell such models
