Awful all around
We explained that our top priority was quick delivery. We paid a premium, and we decided to do install ourselves to ensure we have blinds in our new home. The blinds arrived on time, but David miss measured and they didn’t fit. He was quick to reply in the beginning but we were never clear on whether it was his mistake or a mistake from manufacturing. We were told the blinds would take a few days for the new pair to come. Fast forward it’s been over 2 1/2 weeks and we’ve had no follow up. We have no tracking and we have no blinds. We’ve spent $8000, and have no blinds. I would never recommend anyone purchased from this company given the complete lack of competency and follow up. We’ve reached out several times for an update and we’re always told we’ll hear back same day and we go days without hearing anything. Only when we follow up again, we receive another cryptic text that there is still no tracking. I’ll be disputing this with my credit card and could not recommend them any less to any perspective customer.
