They showed a very good price on a large bearing that I needed, several days after I ordered it, they called stating they could not get the brand I ordered, but would upgrade it, which was fine, but then a week later called to tell me that it wasn't available either!! Sounded almost too good to be true, and I guess it was, but it was what they advertised!!

What I was needing was not a everyday item. I explained to Stephanie what I was needing & she went out of her way to find out the details. Not only did she find what I was needing it was a great price!! Every time I had a question Stephanie was there to help. When I would call I would always get a friendly voice like Parker that always asked to help if Stephanie wasn't available & always asked how my day was going. That means a lot, they treated me like a person not someone just answering the phone to make a sale.

Customer service is awesome! Lowest price for the bearing I needed to change on my toyota. Had a mistake with my order and customer service responded right away to help me correct my mistake. Parts came on time and in excellent shape. Would highly recommend doing business with 3bg Supply Co.
