Cause they said it was free shipping on…
Cause they said it was free shipping on any order over 25$ but I ordered 2 products and they were from 2 different facilities so they charged me twice for shipping then right after I paid the 2nd shipping they tell me that they are out of the 1 item and asked if I wanted to change it no I dont just put my money back on my card please and thank you

Dear customer, Apologize if there's any misunderstanding in between. 1) There's a banner on our site saying that "Most countries free shipping on orders over 30USD". 2) "If you order both US warehouse products and Non-US warehouse products, we will charge extra shipping cost as we will need to separate shipment".
