Absolutely horrible. I thought I was ordering from an American based company. My items shipped from overseas. Tracking info stated my product was delivered. The delivery information stated only my city, state, & country no house address. I complained. They reshipped the product. Same outcome. I demanded a full refund. They stated I needed to return the product. After multiple emails and them telling me each time I had to wait 5-7 days for them to research I have given up and filed a discrepancy with my credit card. My original order was placed the end of June 2026. It is now mid September 2026 and I am done fighting with an overseas company that is just trying to wait me out.

I always receive my order when they say, prices are wonderful. I have bought several Christmas presents for this year. I keep coming back, experience is great.

First of every product has been outstanding. Secondly Customer service is excellent. Every gift comes securely wrapped. I couldn't be more pleased and at 78 very experienced
