I have known David for 2 years and he has always delivered great service. David did a will, trust, and power of attorney for me and my parents. I had to contact him again to handle my house trust deed because we refinanced our house. I didn't know much about what a warranty deed was, and he explained it to me. He always offers great advice when dealing with the documents he composed for me and before he issues advice, he will research the topic before providing the advice. David has always been a pleasure to work with!!
