Finger weg von diesem dubiosen Unternehmen !! Bei einer Widerruf Aktion, wird der bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückgezahlt !! Wir werden Betrugsanzeige bei der Staatsanwaltschaft ansteuern und Rechtsbeistand hinzufügen. Es geht um eine Summe von 999,99 Euro. Trotz mehrfacher Kommunikation und bestätigten Widerruf, Abholung der defekten Ware vor 4 Wochen- keine Reaktion und keine Rückzahlung. Also Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen - es gibt auch seriöse Anbieter, bei denen seid Ihr besser aufgehoben! Thgomas Kisser

BETRÜGER !!!!! Eigentlich 0 Sterne oder eher -10 ! 4 Monate wurde ich hin gehalten, immer wieder war der Kontakt per mail da, man sagte mir, die Empfangsteke sei sogar im Hafen in Neuss eingegangen - nach 4 Monaten Wartezeit dann nachdem ich gedrängt habe weil immer noch keine Spedition sich bei mir gemeldet hat "tut uns leid aber das Paket ist verloren gegangen" -> Hä wtf der Mitarbeiter sagte ja sie sei schon im Hafen eingegangen. Danach habe ich über Kaufland eine Theke gekauft wo eine andere Firma stand. Wieder Monate gewartet keine Spedition hat sich gemeldet und auf Emails wurde nicht mal mehr reagiert. Stellte sich heraus dass es auch die Firma 360Home war. Was eine drecks BETRÜGER Firma !!! Eure künden stellen euch ja eig. nur kostenlose Kredite anders kann ich mir das nicht erklären. Nachdem ich mit einem Anwalt gedroht habe auch hier wieder "oh tut uns leid Paket ist weg". Theke nicht mehr lieferbar. Seid über einem halben Jahr steht in meiner Firma jetzt keine Empfangstheke wegen diesem Sche*ß. Falls jemand die Firma verklagen will - würde ich mich anschließen :)

Finger WEG! Wir haben unsere Bademöbel zwei mal bestellt! Es wurde zwei mal Geld kassiert, aber nichts geliefert! Wir warten auf unsere Ware seit 4 Monaten! Es scheint hier, dass es sich um eine Firma handelt, die 10 mal so viel sie Ware haben, Gelder kassiert zu haben! Anzeige wird rausgeschickt!!

They sent me a dummy check in the mail for $83k for property I inherited from father that recently passed away. I called the number. Talked to them on the phone for hours, answering never ending questions. They wound up offering me $20k which I refused. After I refused the offer, I started getting all sorts of spam calls, hang ups and nasty phone calls from them. We're talking calls after 7pm at night. In the meantime, I had another investor contact me and offer me $45k for property. No hassle. Very easy. The man who made the offer owned a trucking company and was the real deal. He even drove 200 miles to look at the property in person. When 360 Homes called back again, I informed them of another investor, and the man told me he would try to beat the offer. Since then, I've gotten more and more spam calls from different GA phone numbers from 360 Homes. More hang ups and harassing phone calls. I finally went on their website and told them to stop calling me or I would file a lawsuit for harassment. If you're trying to sell your home, don't waste your time with this shady company. From what I went through, I couldn't imagine going through any legal proceedings with them or getting any sort of real money from them. While I don't think it's purely a scam, it's definitely sketchy and they throw low ball offers for property that is worth nearly 3 times as much.

This company is very good at contacting local real estate agents to sell your property. That is the extent of the service they provide you. They told me they would shop my house to a pool of cash buyers they developed through years of real estate business. They then called a local realtor, something I could have done myself for free in about 5 minutes, and for that they were going to take $20,000 in fees from the sale price of my home. When you contract with them they have you download a file that adds 9 phone numbers they use to your contact list, but if you switch to a phone that doesn't have their numbers saved every time they call you it will come up on the caller ID as spam. I cannot fathom what they are doing that is setting off Verizon's spam filters, but after running the numbers they used they are all VOIPs. The physical address they provide for vetting is not correct, as in they are not in the building in Florida they claim to be. They are not listed in Georgia, Florida, or Texas as a corporation, another assertion of theirs that was demonstrably untrue, and they do not have valid real estate wholesaler licenses in any state I can find, and I checked a ton of them. I checked for a license in the 3 states they claim to have offices, all the states that border those, my home state of Pennsylvania and the 6 states that surround it and they are not listed in any. To summarize they don't exist as a corporation legally, they have no physical address, their phone numbers are VOIPs and can be used anywhere in the world, and they charge you $20,000 to do something you yourself can do for free in one phone call. To further illustrate my point I had to do a housing disclosure interview with one of their employees who was at their office in Florida. I was at work at the time and it was about 4:30pm. I said to the man well atleast it's the end of the day and we're almost done. He then says "It's late where you are, I just started my day here." Well, PA and FL are in the same time zone, where was my guy actually calling from I wonder? Once I became weary of them I asked them to provide the physical address they are incorporated at something required by law for a business to do, to provide any proof they have real estate licensure of any kind, and a detailed accounting of the services they will provide and the fees they will collect, otherwise known as a receipt, all of which is absolutely standard vetting practices. At this point a representative of their company messaged me and said "if you try and back out of our deal we will file a lien on your property and you won't be able to sell it". At this I laughed and informed them a lien can only be filed AFTER a court orders a judment for money owed, and I owe them nothing. I then told them since it's so easy to file a lien against someone I would have my attorney file one on all of their houses, and they unilaterally canceled our agreement and I haven't heard from them since.

Ich kann nur jedem raten, Finger weg von dem Verein. So ein Kundenunfreundliches Verhalten hab ich noch nie erleben müssen. Wir haben 2 Garnituren Loungesets bestellt. Auf Nachfragen per e-mail ( öfters) wann diese geliefert werden, keine Antwort. Auch per Whatts App oder Anrufe - keine Reaktion! Erst auf Androhung mit unserer Rechtsabteilung gab es dann schließlich einen Liefertermin. Ware wurde dann am 01.12.25 geliefert. 2 Loungegarnituren in einem Transit gepfercht. Ware wurde ausgeladen, ausgepackt und dann haben wir die Annahme verweigert. Die Möbel waren zerkratzt; verdreckt; und der Stoff ( Geflecht ) löste sich an mehreren Stellen . Der Fahrer rief dann in dem "Unternehmen" an, das wir die Annahme verweigern würden, selbst mit uns reden wollte der "Unternehmer " nicht. Wir haben dann per Whatts App Fotos gesendet und da kam dann zurück ob wir das nicht selbst reinigen könnten, man käme dann mit dem Preis entgegen. E-mail gesendet mit der Rückzahlung bist spätestens 03.12.25. Wie immer keine Antwort! Heute morgen nochmals e-mail mit der Androhung rechtlicher Schritte gesendet....und Geld wurde überwiesen.

Ich bin schockiert, wie katastrophal dieser Einkauf verlaufen ist. Vor über zwei Monaten habe ich ein Etagenbett bestellt, das laut Angaben innerhalb einer Woche geliefert werden sollte. Bis heute ist kein einziges Teil angekommen. 
Ich habe mehrfach bei Home 360 angerufen – jedes Gespräch endete in Weiterleitungen, Ausreden und leeren Versprechungen. Niemand fühlte sich zuständig, niemand bot eine Lösung an. Statt Kundenservice bekam ich nur Zeitverschwendung und das Gefühl, völlig ignoriert zu werden. Nach endlosem Warten, Frust und Nervenverlust blieb mir schließlich nichts anderes übrig, als die Bestellung zu stornieren. Ich bestelle seit vielen Jahren online, aber so einen respektlosen Umgang mit zahlenden Kunden habe ich noch nie erlebt. Home 360 hat mein Vertrauen vollständig verloren. Nie wieder! Meine klare Warnung an alle: Wer Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikation und Service legt, sollte einen großen Bogen um Home 360 machen.

Total billige Tische die mit Schäden ankommen. Der Shop hat keine Telefonnummer. Auf Emails wird nicht reagiert. İch kann die Tische also nicht zurückgeben. Schade um mein verschwendetes Geld.
