If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. This company engages in invasive, aggressive, and downright creepy outbound prospecting. They dug up a casual social post I made years ago asking about app development, took my name, and used data brokers to dig up my personal cell phone number and corporate work email. Neither my phone number nor my workplace is tied to that post, and neither is listed anywhere on my social media account. Doxing people across the internet to blast unsolicited cold calls, texts, and emails to their private work inboxes based on old public posts is completely unacceptable. If this is the lack of ethics, boundaries, and respect they demonstrate just to drum up leads, I would never trust them with actual development work, sensitive project files, or client data. Steer completely clear.

This company fails to inspire trust. Their advertisement claims to offer a comprehensive website for $250, but that’s misleading. Additionally, their communication leaves much to be desired; I often had to repeat my requirements, but my feedback seemed to fall on deaf ears. They requested a deposit upfront, which I paid, but then insisted on receiving full payment before the project was even finished. Now that the website is complete, they've informed me that I need to purchase a server to run it, which costs an astounding $2,000—information they never disclosed to me beforehand. To make matters worse, Rob has refused to grant me access to the necessary code. RUN

Misleading and not honest.

The worst experience, 360digitalbay is a scam. I had an agreement with them to build my site. They built my site which was not functional and I paid per agreement. They had asked 150 for hosting the site, but they increased the rate to 200 with no notice, and when I told them I wanted to go to another company for hosting and I needed my website files to take to another vendor, they refused to give me, even though I paid for it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Everything started off great until we ran into some bumps. I spent HOURS trying to resolve without much help. All Nick could tell me was "you can look into that". I hired them to build a website to display Real Estate properties. What a mess of an experience! Now we have a website that isn't done and won't even do what we need it to do ($600 later with no option of a refund). RUNNNNN the other way from this company. All seems good upfront but if you run into any kind of issue, consider yourself out of luck. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

RUN BEFORE IT'S TO LATE!!!! I had a website built by 360 Digital Bay and it has been an absolute nightmare to get issues addressed. I finally got tired of asking to have things fixed. I have since reached out to another company locally to have my Website rebuilt from scratch. I made multiple phone calls and sent multiple messages to get things resolved, yet I received responses like "I will pass that on to the developers to get looked at" with no attempt to check if the issue was resolved. I gave multiple opportunities to fix things and continuously got pushed away. I was Promised an informative website with full editing Functionality and online booking. I cannot edit or add images to the galleries nor was the correct information included in my online booking. I had simply gotten tired of asking to have things fixed with no corrections made. I was then told "you have full access to your site its just you are unable to manage it." Instead of addressing the issues they offer me a Maintenance Package as an upsell. After reaching my limit I asked for a refund for a failure to meet expectations and failure to provide the services promised. To which they responded "your site has been up for two months so we cannot give a refund"! Instead they tried to offer multiple "FREE PERKS"! Before you consider having 360 Digital Bay build your website take my Experience into account! I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THEM FOR ANOTHER PROJECT!
