So far I am experiencing what most other have. They lied to me saying this service was of no cost to me. Then I received a bill for over $700. I called them to cancel and to tell them I can't pay. A family member had a stroke and I am his guardian. So somehow they found this out and took advantage of us. My calls either go into a voicemail or are put into voicemail. If I can't get them to cooperate, they will be on Channel 3 and soon.

Scam company. They waste medicaid dollars by exaggerating the benefits of a useless insurance plan. The people that work here make thousands a month by lying and scamming. No integrity. If they call you hang up.

Purchased for my mother. Did not provide what was agreed upon. My mother did not receive services. Calls go to voicemails with no return calls. Representative Kelly, takes care of PA, told me it’s a three-way street and I need to follow up on things. My part is payment. I’m not an employee. Cancelled and received a bill with a current month’s charge. Called and after approximately 20 prompts to leave a voicemail I spoke to someone named Kaitlin. She said it was cancelled and I needed to pay the past due. When I asked to speak to a manager, she disconnected the call. Contacted the front desk. After multiple questions, the employee kept repeating that he is trying to find the right person. Repeated information. Spelled it. Finally hung up. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

My mother is paralyzed & has been in Village of Cook Springs, Pell City Alabama for over 4 yrs. I see the same charges for the company 360Care, corporate headquarters in Louisville, KY, for their Podiatry Department multiple times on the same date on the bill.I’ve called the billing department over 20 times over the years. A live person has never answered the phone ever for that billing department. There’s always a vm that says (“this is Kimberly Salet”) not sure if the spelling of her last name). I leave a detailed voicemail. She has never called me back. It’s beyond horrible customer service. They want us to pay for charges that they’ve put on the bill multiple times. They refuse to call me back to explain.

Totally screwed up and ridiculously expensive and the people who oversee the program are inept. I ask questions. They get angry with me . I'm stuck in the middle!! No definitive answers if I still owe or not. I have given up. Program ridiculously overpriced!
