Very bad experience with Melissa and 360 vacation property management in Port Orchard. My concerns as a homeowner were not addressed and we had constant problems with damages and neighbor problems because guests were unscreened and we had no direct way to oversee who came through our home.

This company is disorganized and values profits over people. The owner is hostile, defensive, and employs gaslighting tactics when called out on poor business practices.

I do not recommend this company due to poor property management and communication. The owner Melissa is very disorganized, rude and defensive in communications.
