Worth the wait
Overall, the experience from purchase to shipment was great. A few more notifications, especially when the original ship date was due to change, would have been nice, but really can't blame 2xSavings for that. Thanks!

Fast Delivery!
I was having a really hard time finding Bigelow Green Tea at my local BJs warehouse where the product is normally in stock. After internet searches, this was by far the most cost effective way to go. Ordered and had the package at my door within 2 business days. Very Pleased!

someone please explain why you need my…
someone please explain why you need my picture ID and the last 4 of my card? you already charged my card.. i have never heard of such a thing

Hi Jon, We appreciate all the feedback we get. Allow me to explain some of our processes to shed some light on your order. We generally do not charge your card until the order is shipped out. After checking on your order, I see that indeed, the charge was in a pending status upon placing the order and then only fully charged once it was shipped. I also see that you order had gone through a verification process which happens when our system detects that the order is at a high risk of fraud. This doesn't happen often. When we get an order like this, we ask the card owner to share a picture of the last 4 digits of the card and their identification . This is to protect the card owner from unauthorized/fraudulent charges. These images that are sent are immediately deleted and not used anywhere else once the order has been verified. We would never want to charge someones card without their consent and we have found this process to prevent a lot of these issues. We hope this helps explain why you were asked to provide this info.
