Super fast shipping

I could not find a brass ice scraper anywhere! I went to every parts store in town and was only frustrated more with each dead end. A quick search online and in minutes I had found exactly what I needed here! I place my order and within 2-3 days I had a package at my door. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I'd been searching for a product for more than 3 years and they had it. I ordered on Saturday and was skeptical when I received a notice on Sunday that it had shipped. Wednesday it was in the mailbox and I live across the country. A rare perfect experience.

I've been looking for a brass edged ice scraper since my favorite one was left under the seat of a car I traded in. Realizing plastic just doesn't do the same job, my web search turned up 2xPower with a scaper that looked like it would replace my lost favorite. I decided to try their offering since they had what appeared to be a reasonable replacement. I ordered a dozen of the "fantastic" scrapers in random colors thinking they would also be my replacement and a great stocking stuffer for the kids. The price of 12 was really great with their quantity discount, and shipping was free. How could I loose! I placed the order, and they kept me fully informed as to the order confirmation, processed, and shipped status as expected from a good web vendor. I expected to see my order in 7 to 10 days std ground shipping and was truly blown away when it arrived in 2 days by USPS Express Mail. Great price on the items and free shipping via Express Mail? I didn't loose, in fact I feel like this is the kind of vendor I constantly search for but rarely find. This morning we had a frost and I had the opportunity to try my new scraper. Although I was originally dissapointed that It was narrower than my old one, and dissapointed that 2x didn't list any dimensions of the item, when I used it I found that since it was narrower it took more passes to clear my windshield, but I didn't have to press down nearly as hard. Bonus!!! (Don't be freaked out by scraping your windshield with a metal edge, brass is way softer than glass, doesn't wipe off leaving a burnished coating, but really does a great job of clearing frost, ice and snow so you can see where you are going). These guys are really great! Shipped fast, price was really good, shipped expedited for free, and they haven't bombarded me with daily emails trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I'm not at all interrested in. For me, on this transaction they were one of the best vendors I've dealt with for awhile and if they have the item you are looking for, I'd suggest you consider looking closer at using them as your vendor.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong item and immediately tried to make contact. The phone always goes to voicemail and I got no response to my messages. I tried email as well and no one responded. It's been more than a month, so at this time there is no way I would do business with them again or recommend them to anyone else.
