I purchased entitlements for my Kenwood NX5300 and everything went super fast and smooth. Within 24 hours they had contacted me and installed my entitlements on my radio for me. I am very pleased. They are very professional and quick. I will absolutely return for more service. Highly recommended

2Way.SHOP has been outstanding with support for Kenwood Land Mobile Radio software. Buying Kenwood licenses through them is easy, convenient and fast. They also have excellent service on clearing passwords and unlocking radios. I will use them in the future

We were moving to a Harris P25 system and needed reasonably-priced software for programming. The 2Way.Shop was the only place that provided a really great pricing for us. Although the software and license download went smoothly, we ran into a snag with the install which was on our end, not theirs. After several email exchanges with Bill, he referred us to their expert tech who was very knowledgeable and, after a short time, was able to identify the issues and resolve them for us. We can't say enough how pleased we are with their customer service. We will definitely purchase from them again and refer them to our associates.

Excellent to deal with, very flexible with me on timing for features and radio work. Bill is always super helpful and patient with my questions. If you find yourself dealing with land mobile features and activations, 2way.shop is the go-to & always a pleasure to do business with.

Like others, I was a bit skeptical about the 2way.shop company because of the atypical ".shop" website address. However, I read multiple good reviews about them on radio forums, so I gave them a try. In the end, they did a remarkable job to remove a password from a used radio I purchased. The service they offer was a far cheaper option than sending the radio out to the service center. I will use them again in the future.

Great and fast service from the 2Way team today. Bill was able to help add features to my radios in record time and he had the patience to answer a couple more questions related to the NX-5000 series of radios I own to educate me. Thanks so much
