Classic bait and switch with the return policy. They say free shipping BUT, if you actually return the item, not only do you have to pay for the return yourself, the cost of the outbound shipping is actually deducted from the refund! Yes, it's stated in their return policy, but it's actually 6 bullet points down. Why not state that upfront? And, customer service is hard to get on the line. Long hold time and sometimes you have to leave a message which does not get returned.

Ordered and paid for a wallpaper sample that never arrived. USPS has no record of receiving the package.

Horrid - do not buy from them!! They claim "satisfaction guaranteed" but if you are unhappy with what you ordered and want to return it they charge you both for the shipping to you (so free shipping is a lie) and return shipping. Which means you lose at least 50% of what you paid. I asked if they resold what I would returned and the "award winning customer service" said they didn't know. It a total scheme. So wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from them again.

This company claims easy returns. Emailed tracking number after mailing item back. Tish claims tracking number was incorrect item was not returned, that was Aug 18, 202. Put in tracking number said item was delivered on Aug 5, 2021@12:21pm. This company is shady. They have the item, have not received refund. i would stay clear of 2Modern Company. Read all reviews

I would give this company zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY from them. I purchased an table and 6 chairs, spending over $4,0000 on them. I received them and loved the way they looked, I put them on my completely covered balcony and less than one week later one of the chairs had a stain on it. I contacted their customer service and was given the cleaning instructions and the stain did not go away, I followed up and said that I would like to return the chairs since I was nervous that the chairs would all be stained if this happened in less than a week. Sherri, in customer service said that since I had them on the balcony they were not actually outdoor chairs, to which I said they should not stain that easily, but that I wanted to return the other 5, Sherri then said that since I did not have the original boxes I could not return them- mind you- they advertise that they offer white glove service which includes assembling your purchase and removing the boxes! I have no recourse from them! I have NEVER worked with a company like this! Do not use them there are many other businesses that stand by their products- this is not one of them!!!

I watched a bed 🛌 I could have bought directly from the manufacturer for a little more money with a 3 week delivery take almost 3 months with this company. It sits in warehouses across the country for 2-3 weeks, been shipped to 4 states now and still don’t have it. Now sitting in a warehouse 30 minutes away from me for a week- they keep moving delivery date out every week. I had to call the shipping company directly because customer service kept saying they would resolve and nothing happened. The carrier let me know it had not been delivered because 1 of 4 pieces was missing. SO...while the bed traveled to 4 states, they lost a piece! LOL. What a joke! But I had to find the info out myself and investigate. Basically they use a dirt cheap shipping carrier and don't care how long it takes to get to you or what condition your item arrives in. I have disputed/cancelled the charge with my credit card company and have not received the bed yet. I just ordered the same item directly from the manufacturer and it will take 2-3 weeks to get her vs 3 months!! Wish I read all of these reviews first! Never 👎🏻 again.

Same as the rest of the people complaining here... We failed to check their website for reviews prior to placing an order. Order is placed, a credit card is charged. And, now finding that the company is a FRAUD....

This company took my order for a bookend...and then a day later said they wouldn't ship it to me since I live in the USA (AK). Said I must pay for shipping. AFTER my order was approved for free ship. I asked them to honor the sale and they just cancelled it without any conversation. Horrible service. It is 2021....no excuse for having a bad website and bad service.
