There seems to be a pattern these days of companies giving you a shipping date with your purchase, waiting 2 days and then giving you a much longer shipping date. This company is guilty. I have canceled my order and suggest you don't be silly enough to place one to begin with. After placing my initial order which was to be shipped in 2 days, I then received a letter saying it would be another 10 days. I immediately called and told them to cancel the order at which point they said it had already been shipped. then I received yet another notification saying the order had been shipped and would be delivered as was originally promised. it was delivered as originally promised and I refused the delivery. I will not support this type of BS A documented the emails and the baked and switch technique.

Do yourself a favor and just buy direct from manufacturer instead of through this company that drop-ships. So that, should an item arrive defective, you won't have to go through hell and high water to get a return label from Support (that treats the customer like a number, not a person) and then wait weeks to receive a refund, only for it to be the wrong amount.

Pictures of the products online do not give Justice to what it actually looks like in person. Horrible quality! They charge you to ship a furniture and also charge you to send back. I spent $400 just in shipping on a furniture that did not look like the photos and I returnedSAME day as it was delivered. I didn’t even accept the delivery. Delivery took a lot longer than promised (Weeks). Customer service do not care, horrible experience.

I ordered a large white table from them in October. It was supposed to arrive in 6-8 weeks. It arrived in 14 weeks damaged. The delivery company did not schedule the time with me and the drivers did not speak English, so it was hard to communicate. When I contacted the company, they didn't offer any remedy other than canceling the order. I do not recommend buying from 2Modern.

I ordered a rug on October 25th that was listed as AVAILABLE and Immediate Delivery. They charged it to my credit card that same day. Today is November 30th and it has still not been delivered and nobody can give me info or a reason as to why it has taken over a month.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. my lights were too big so wanted to return. You can’t initiate a return without a phone call. Then you have to wait 3 days for an email with a RMA #. They give you 14 days to return merchandise. Return shipping on you PLUS THEY DEDUCT THE ‘FREE’ SHIPPING TO YOU FROM YOUR REFUND. of course you have no idea how much your ‘free’ shipping cost them….

It’s the worst place to buy from !! JUST DONT THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM!! It’s been 3 months that they keep postponing my delivery ( 8 chairs ) Why?? The reason is always due to the bad weather!! What weather??? I live in California SERIOUSLY?? Worst experience and ahhh I still didn’t receive my order !! Horrible!!

please please listen to me do not buy from these people they do not care at all about u or the purchase they act like its your problem. they say 30 day return when it takes 60 days to arrive. I said the f word on the phone and this woman sherry starting going off about how she will hang up of I use that language sorry but I waited 2 months for a 600 dollar lamp that came scratched up and now am stuck with. I wish I could do more to this company because I truly believe they should not be allowed to run a business.
