I read Lots of concerns over dry product… My recently purchased Tropicana Cherry was very dry also. I was offered to return it for full refund. Cool..But wait, Why should I jump through the hoops for something not of my fault. Who expects to receive dry products, Ever? How can quality issues escape packaging ? Is packing dry products for sale an accident? FYI, I just place an order… Not giving up on them.

Normally this company has been good to me. I don't know what's going on now. I ordered over the weekend. Yesterday was monday and usually my product would be shipped. I emailed them to ask if it would be shipped today and they replied "yes." So here it is Tuesday and there's no shipping info and no one is replying to my emails. This place is getting very disappointing and about to lose this steady customer

I ordered an ounce on 12/7/2024, label was created 12/9/2024. USPS is saying they're still waiting on the package today 12/20/2024. I emailed them and got one reply with a code to order more when I haven't even received the item I ordered. I'm feeling like I'm out 90 dollars. EDIT: they finally shipped my order, it only took a extra two weeks. Glad it's on the way, don't expect fast shipping times.
