Hello Lauren, we really apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. With some of the cold weather we've experienced recently we've found a need to have the waiting room heating re-evaluated. That has been corrected. As for the wait, we do our best to ensure that we're moving as quickly as possible and honor scheduled appointments then first come first serve. Sometimes as we get started on a procedure, it can develop into something more complex which requires that we take a little more time.

We do our best to move as quickly as possible, but sometimes we end up finding concerns with other patients that need to be remedied immediately. Unfortunately that can have an impact on the wait time. In every occurrence we would expect our team to provide an accurate estimate and would like the opportunity to research and provide a coaching opportunity for the team.
