The staff was friendly, but I traveled over an hour on multiple occasions for the same issue. The issue has not yet been fixed even after seeing two different doctors there.

Appointment was at 3:30....Had one person ahead of us......At 5:30 asked how much longer?.....Response...You've got one person ahead of you....REALLY :(

I had to return to the office several times to have my crown re-cemented. My first crown was the wrong shade and did not fit so I had to keep my temporary retainer for a total of 6 weeks longer than I was supposed to. Unprofessional staff at the Plainfield area office on my first visit. All around, this was not a good experience.

Horrible...i went in with a bad toothache gave me an estimate I didn't get work done I didn't have the money they first prescribed me an antibiotic that I was allergic too good thing I called pharmacy before driving there and second of all she never prescribed me any pain medicine...i called left a message on Sunday 2-3-19 had to call back mid morning because no one returned my call and never heard back from them seems they don't care about patients I will never go back this was horrible and WILL NOT RECOMMEND to anyone

Unacceptable. Pulls out a bone and says take ibuprofen. No way. No animal would let you rip out a bone without care. They won't give you pain relief after surgery. Unacceptable.

I will never step foot in 24 hour dental again. One terrible experience after the other
