My husband and I tried to go here yesterday. We only tried because our normal dentist was booked, and my husband was having a lot of pain and needed diagnosed. We made our appt and drove an hour to this clinic. At that point, we were forgotten about. He was the only person listed on the digital wait time board when we checked in. Soon after more people arrived. Walk ins were called before us, and anyone who complained about the wait was taken back.... Before us. We wanted 2 hours after our appt time before complaining. At that point he was taken back to wait for another hour. After 3 hours we never saw a dentist, even with an appt. No apologies from staff. I could clearly see the techs, and they were standing around chatting and on their phones. We walked out. A serious waste of time. I've never seen customer service this horrendous!!

The dentist is HORRIBLE
The dentist is HORRIBLE. He wanted to pull 3 of my teeth while I had a severe infection. Who would do that? Trying to kill me? He spoke broken English and got upset with me because I couldn't understand him. Refused to listen to what I was saying. The office staff was AWESOME. Feel bad they have to work with this so called dentist.

I am very satisfied with the treatment…
I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from the staff. The staff understood my fears and helped me through the procedure. I am going back again. I did not feel any pain like I have at other dentist in the past.

Thanks for the great review, Angelique! We always aim to surpass patient expectations. Would you mind editing your review to be five stars (one star is the lowest rating on the Trust Pilot scale)? Thanks again!

they’re the reason I hate the dentist
They didn’t advise me that my insurance was out of network before they saw me and the charges me a crazy copay FOR NOTHING I wanted a tooth cleaning they’d said they didn’t have one on staff after they had x rayed my teeth. Then they kept advising I come back so they could charge me again

I would never go back there
I would never go back there. This lady that does the finance part of your appointment was rude and really needs to be fired. If I remembered her name I definitely would put it in the review but unfortunately I don’t . All she cared about was stuffing her face with pizza and not getting up and asking what needed to be asked to the doctor. Beyond disappointed

Nothing has done as I expected
Nothing has done as I expected. Too many test run but no work done to my teeth at all.
I wonder how much they will charge the insurance for all those X-ray they took.

I was in an excruciating pain and went…
I was in an excruciating pain and went in for an extraction but they couldn’t verify my insurance. Brought in my benefit certificate and summary, still it wasn’t enough to verify my insurance. If you open 24hours just for people with insurance to pay like they don’t have one, its not worth it. That’s complete extortion!!! Bad customer service as well

Will never return!
I chipped a tooth one Friday evening, and my dentist's office was already closed for the weekend. My following week at work was very busy, so I didn't think I would have time to get an appointment with my regular dentist, and I was concerned about additional chipping over the weekend, so I searched Yelp for an emergency dentist and found Same Day Dental in Avon, IN, which was close to my house. Scheduling an online appointment was easy, and I got a text confirmation that my requested time was available. So far, so good. Upon arriving at Same Day Dental, the receptionist asked for my insurance info and ID, and I filled out some paperwork. I was told the wait was going to be around an hour, so I settled in to wait. I found it odd that when scheduling online or arriving at the office, I wasn't asked for a reason why I was there. There was one other person in the waiting room, and he was called back an hour after I got there. I waited an additional 20 minutes (so 1 hour 20 minutes from the time I first arrived), and asked the receptionist how much longer she thought it would be. She then said probably 2-3 hours! This was after the SAME PERSON told me it would be a 1-hour wait when I arrived. She explained that I was considered a walk-in, and those are handled on a first come/first served basis. There are only two patient chairs, and I guess only one dentist. I really wish that would have been explained to me when I arrived so that I wouldn't have wasted over an hour there on a weekend. I told the receptionist to shred my paperwork and I left. For a true emergency and endless time to wait, this might be a good option for someone. But I didn't want to waste any more of my time on a place that doesn't really seem to care about its patients.
