I was disappointed with my visit because my insurance was not accepted. Fed blue dental lists 24 hour dental as preferred provider, however the office manager said they were not and charged me for procedures that should have been covered. Please advise if you are a preferred provider with fed blue dental. Thank you.

Fast dental work done on a filling that came out, but expensive. Also, when shaping the new filling, the hygienist slipped and the drill gashed my lip. I understand mistakes happen, and due to the numbing I couldn't feel it. Just paying 400 dollars for a filling AND walking away with a bloody gashed lip isn't really that great. So if you need a filling immediately, this place is fine, otherwise find somewhere else.

My Dad had three extractions. He said he had never experienced pain like he had that day. He kept saying he had pain. She kept saying he was feeling pressure. Honestly, I don't see how my Dad's gums could not have been numb deep down. She administered 4 or 5 novacain injections before the procedure and literally about 5 more injections during the process. Nonetheless, he still had a lot of bad pain and he is 89.

I got teeth pulled and dentures put in well a Wk later I was back then three wks back to get them adjusted, then back & back again now I have to go again and this whole time which has been a yr i haven't been able to wear them when I eat...I wish I could just get some new ones that fit so I can eat a good meal...I think they need to fix them right!

I needed a tooth taken care of over the weekend, I made an appointment online for 4:30 Sunday afternoon. It wasn't until I got there that I found my appt time had been moved to 5:30. I had not gotten either a call or a text to inform me. Granted I could tell they were very busy, but a text would have been nice. I waited until 8:40 before I got taken back. It didn't seem to matter if I had an appt or not, it was still first come first served. So what's the point of making appts? There was only one dentist. I got my tooth pulled and it was after 9:30 before I was out of there. A five hour experience. If my tooth wasn't hurting so bad, I wouldn't have waited. The Dentist did a good job and I had no complications, but the wait time was ridiculous and I wouldn't do it again unless I was desperate.

The office couldn’t find insurance information causing an inconvenience for our of pocket cost. The staff were also rude and not very friendly or sincere. The only reason I’m rating it 3 stars is due to the professionalism of the dentist in staff, he was awesome !

I've had a hard time trusting 24 hour dental due to some very long waits in the past, a set of immediate dentures that were not only the ugliest things i had ever seen but absolutely did not fit in my mouth, a previously employed dentist who told me to put my new dentures in a drawer and learn to eat without them because they never fit right, finally getting a new pair that actually fit better but then finding out that they were trying to charge my insurance for the second pair that they OWED ME for the ruined first set, and a lot of confusion during that whole process. Now i'm 5 months out from getting my better fitting dentures and have learned to use a lot of glue and patience and only go to them if i'm getting a sore spot but the truth of whether or not they are decent people will come when this set needs a soft liner or permanent hard reline and whether they try and charge my insurance for those things since i was told those were part of the permanent pair i was finally fitted for and have been wearing for 5 months. They are great at taking painful teeth out. My husband has even used them for that recently and we have no complaints about extractions. The denture side of it remains to be seen how these final months of gum shrinkage effect how they treat me as a patient and whether or not they stand behind their product.
