I showed up and it was 4am. They were trying to sell me a plan when I had insurance and I was like I want to use mine I just didn't know the state so I felt i had to be more persistent to say no. Then the the doctor told me my son 4 years old needed a root canal and a cap. Said I needed to go to another dentist that deals with 4 years olds to give gas. He kept pushing the referral said no dont wait for your dentist. Well I waited till my dentist was in town and my son didn't need gas or a root canal just a simple filling. We did get antibiotics that the 24hr place said was needed and my dentist said it was unnecessary he didn't have any infections.

They try to get you to get other things done on top of the reason for the visit. My only reason was for tooth pain. I wasnt there for cleanings or filings... ended up leaving without getting anything done. Got a root canal at another location for half the out of pocket cost they was trying to charge me.

My 1st visit was great when I went to get a tooth pulled & that was the 1 I was so scarred about. Then I went back for a cleaning & fraud was awful. New girl did crate and was horrible they had to take over & then they had to redo several my mouth hurt so bad I had tears. I will only go back to the 1st people if I do. Thank you

Broke a front crown in the evening and found this company. I am happy to have found them but the replacement tooth is horribly ugly. They even drilled down a bottom tooth to make the top one fit instead of drilling the back of the crown. Now my bottom tooth is uncomfortably sharp and ugly. Very unhappy, but had no choice at the time Heck, the temp crown looked better than the permanent.

The people were nice but in the end I felt inexperienced. I went in for one problem tooth. They told me to remove 3 and i woildnt have speaking or eating problems. Well both of those are still a problem and to top ot all off, the guy did so much damage that half my lip is still numb pver a month later!!! Called about it about a week after amd was told to wait it out. Needless to say i thought thia would be easy but was far from it and I get reminded daily with this numb lip I know have.

Two hours in the waiting room. Didn't call in prescription for antibiotic, even though I was waiting at the drug store for it. Dentist was rude and seemed angry at me. Staff was helpful and patient. I regret going.

I came in to replace my flipper unexpectedly. I had many issues with the flipper I received as it didnt fit properly or match. We did a 2nd mold, and the result was WORSE than the first one. Just terrible experience with them. The second dr I worked with was nicer and more professional than the 1st.
