My mom had a tooth abscess with extreme pain and swelling the size of a golf ball. She made an appointment and got a confirmation email. Showed up at appt time and was told her appointment wasn’t on the schedule and they were fully booked so she couldn’t be seen. I tried to call and told them we have proof that an appointment was scheduled and that she really needed to be seen and I was just told too bad they are booked up. How incredibly unprofessional to have your patients make an appointment and the be told they’re not on the schedule. By that time all other places had closed. Had she known her appointment wasn’t on the schedule despite the confirmation email she could have went somewhere else.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Went in for serious tooth pain. Was told i needed 4 teeth pulled ( my ins allotted 4 extractions/crowns/etc a year) so they took advantage of that since it was in dec. Yes 4 teeth were extracted! Dentist was short with me and not very friendly. Even though i told him there was tooth left in my gum, he stated i didnt know what i was talking about and proceeded to stitch my gums. Now that the stitches are dissolved this piece of tooth is half of the tooth that didnt even need extracted but was. So now in my gums sits the other half of a tooth that i said was still there! They refuse to see me again because my insurance wont cover it! Imagine that! So they used all ins that was allowed and wont fix their problem! Im getting a lawyer! This is 100% money racket that needs to be handled by bbb!

1) My dentist did not take much time preparing my crown. I had a crown procedure before, the dentist took a lot more time to prep the tooth surface. 2) a piece of my tooth or a piece of the crown broke off less than 48 hours after my crown was put on.

Same Day Dental - Shadeland Location. Initially I was impressed with the service. We were able to make Saturday appts which were prompt. I was mislead in how many visits would be needed to get my Mother her dentures. But not problem. This Saturday, we had an 11am appt. walked in to a full waiting room. Sat for over 2 hours because they decided taking walk-ins over scheduled appointments was a good idea, when asked how long it would be, could be up to around 6pm... So an 11 am appointment is expected to wait until 6pm in the office to be seen. If this is the process, stop making appointments make all visits first come first serve. That is the worst customer service. Also ONE dentist for the whole office on a Saturday? The whole process needs to be revamped. Ended up leaving, along with many other people.

I made an 11am appt. for a Saturday. I arrived 30 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork. 6 hours later I was finally leaving. Dentist did no examination, just asked me what i wanted done. Had bad tooth ache and knew one up front needed out , the main problem wasn't addressed. I was asked if any questions, so i asked what about the other tooth. The one they xrayed had not been looked at.Still no exam of area more novacaine. I then reached my platto of novacaine because blood pressure was elevated.

One of the worst experiences of my life.. Let me drive home on pain medicine. Called prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy. Didnt call all the prescriptions I was told I would be on into any pharmacy. Staff the next day refused to see me or hear the issues I was having. Told me I was lying and hung up. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I called left a message for the office manager Brad. Have still 8 days later not received a call back from him . Absolutely horrifying
