I have deposited 15000 rupees into my account and the transaction was successfully still they are saying they haven't received the transaction I have provided all the required screenshots and bank statement but they are not paying the account into my pls help me if you can.

I have deposited Rs. 1750 in last month but my deposited not yet credited in the respective wallet. So I contacted 24betting for support and they had informed me that you deposit transaction got failed and the same will be refunded into your bank account within 72 hours. I had submitted a withdrawal request last month and when I checked in next morning I found that that my withdrawal request had been approved. However I'm still waiting for the funds into my bank account. I have several times emailed the casino but everytime they say the same line then complaint has been registered to the cashier desk. Please note that they have also provided me two imps number which are useless and untraceable by my bank team as well. TransactionID: 13910129
