App is so slow can't play any of the games it keeps crashing and takes for ever to receive your withdrawal

I’ve had the worst experience possible with 247 bet , stupidly signed up played a bit withdrew £85 and was paid within next 24hours. Few days later played and won £875, decided to withdraw. Had no contact or communication with them at all then followed up and said my withdrawal was under review. There’s no number to call and everything recommends live chat 24/7 but all you do is get cut off or say the same things. I’ve sent email after email which says will reply within 48hours but took 4 days. I’ve sent all identification documents asked. 11 days later withdrawal still under review no contacted or movement. They sent an email saying my account is closed now and they will notify me about the £875!!!!! This company needs exposing asap I can’t believe they can do this and get away with it. Taking peoples deposits instantly but can’t pay out. Please offer some advice and stay away.

I’d like to provide an update on the post that I started yesterday, and so am writing this addendum. Today I received my funds!!! They took around 30 hours to release my payment but mercifully, they have. I never gave out my bank user name, nor password, as their portal directs so I can testify that they do actually pay out….. I opened an account with them yesterday morning after reading an online review recommending them. I deposited £4000 in a 10 hour period as a series of smaller Apple Pay transfers. The money was taken instantly. I then tried to withdraw around £1700, in two withdrawals. The first was for £86 and was reviewed and paid after 6 hours. I’ve now been waiting nearly 24 hours for my £1612 withdrawal and it’s showing as being ‘under review’ I’m fearing the worst after reading other recent reviews and so I reviewed their Companies House registration. The Company, as bet247 was dissolved last month (August) with now only one remaining active director. ‘Enzo’ the customer services ‘guy’ who responds to the live chat queries constantly drops out the connection, or doesn’t record the queries. Would advise anyone to take screen shots of their payouts, gaming time & communications.

Absolutely terrible. Live chat constantly crashes. My free bets haven't been credited from my welcome offer although the qualifying bet has settled.

I have been playing for over 1 hour deposited and when I finally won they kicked me out straight away when I tried to log back in it said not available in Ireland even though I gave an Irish address when signing up and they gave me an option to put Irish phone number, absolute con artist I will be taking further action against this

I opened an account with won 220 £ and they haven’t paid me since 2 weeks now never and I’m Sending them my proof they always making excuses real scammers

Please do not listen to any positive reviews as they are bought they are happy taking your money but when you win they don’t like pay out and say under review you didn’t do that when I was making deposit

Avoid at all costs. Absolute con artists. Voided a winning bet for a large amount of money. Reason given- was placed after the start time (absolute rubbish) refusing to pay me my winnings. Customer service poor.
