I totally agree with every 1star comment... They are an absolute SCAM.. submitted my withdrawal request, waited 2 days then received an email saying I need to send bank statement which I did, then said they couldnt process, resent a verified bank statement and haven't heard back from them..no response from the customer support.. Please dont listen to any 5 star rating as those are probably false and generated by the company to look good.. Avoid Avoid Avoid at ALL COSTS.. biggest scammers that ever lived.. My question is, how do we report these money thieves?

This outfit is shocking. When you sign up you have to chase the free bets offered - than you can't use them. Their chatline virtually ignored my question about it. It transpired that you have to use all your own money before the free bets become available, Then, if you if win the winnings get transferred to the free bets total - of course if you win with any of that the stake isn't returned. There are other things too, and their website is the worst I have ever come across. I closed my account after one day, terrible outfit. Avoid.

This betting site is a complete scam. I have been waiting for a withdrawal to go into my bank account for 5 days, even after sending documents for verification. Finally after a week i recieved my withdrawal.

terrible experiance, customer service is a 30 minute wait...i asked for a small goodwill gesture for my birthday as i had lost 360 euro straight after opening account here and they banned me from all the whitehat casinos instead, one of which i was a loyal long term customer of called playzee ( a very good casino). This was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I certainly did not ask to be excluded from All Whitehat Casinos. shocking traeatment.
