The ID they asked for was excessive in my opinion, photo of me holding my license? Actual bank statement showing transactions? So much more than anywhere else. It also took weeks to withdraw like £30. However, they did eventually process the withdrawal. I am guessing many people just give up rather than bother with the extreme amount of ID requests, but if you persist you will get your withdrawal.
