I’ve sent several emails to support and not received anything back. Takes ages on live chat and when I eventually start talking to someone I get disconnected. I withdrew by bank transfer as this was the only option as Apple pay wasn’t working. Still trying to get my £750

I have been trying to withdraw my funds since 28 February, and after 45 days and over 57 emails, this is still unresolved. The experience has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent: I have submitted the requested verification documents multiple times I have received conflicting information between live chat and email support I have been told emails were sent that I never received After weeks of delay, I was informed the withdrawal had been sent to a bank account and returned I then provided an alternative account — which has already been used successfully for deposits and withdrawals before — yet the withdrawal is still being refused There appears to be no internal communication between teams, and each response resets the process. I have already escalated this matter to eCOGRA and also raised a complaint via Resolver, but the issue remains unresolved. At this point, this is not just a delay — it is a prolonged failure to process a legitimate withdrawal. I strongly advise others to think carefully before using this platform.

over 3 weeks to receive my withdrawal money had to send 4 forms of identification absolutely shocking took ages to reply to emails etc

Awful. Placed a bet which was incorrectly settled as a loss. Escalated this and provided multiple screenshots as evidence that the bet did not lose. Was told it was escalated to the relevant team - been over a week now with no response at all. Since then, tried to withdraw my money in the account. They’ve removed Apple Pay instant withdrawal option, and now ask for bank name, bank address, bank details and IBAN number. Provided all this, multiple times, but kept receiving an error message. The error message appears to relate to a coding issue, so no advice is given on what is actually wrong. Good luck getting through to their live chat. You sit and wait 20/25 minutes before speaking to someone, but not before the app has logged you out automatically multiple times first, making you then have to start again! It took me two days to finally get through to someone, who then ended the chat after a minute of it starting even though I was still typing. I’ve sent two emails since then, with no response. Dreadful company which I have reported and suggest others do the same. Scammers

If I could give this a zero I would! Opened an account for Cheltenham and took up their new customer offer of a money back bet. Lost my bet but used the free bet and won £270 on the last race of the last day of the meeting. Withdrew the money on Saturday 14th March and my suspicions were raised with the convulted withdrawal process - had to provide IBAN numbers plus other info. Never had to do this with any of the twenty or so betting companies I have had experience with. Still waiting for the money to reach my account. Have emailed them around 5 times but get the same generic response exclaiming the accounts team are ‘reviewing’ my withdrawal request. Last two emails have requested their complaints procedure which they have ignored. Judging by their reviews it appears this is standard practice for this cowboy outfit. Going to make a complaint through IBAS and suggest everyone else does to shut them down. More the principle as it’s not even a lot of money!

I just opened the account and won £150 which gave me an instant withdrawal which came quickly, I then won £1500and £500 separately and withdrew but it's been in review and no channels of communication can explain why it's still in review I fear I won't be receiving my winnings.
