I have been waiting for my fist withdrawal I have provided all nessasrry documents and there response for the last month has been it's under review, this platform needs shutting down immediately they are having multiple people off and not paying what they owe out it's bang out of order. Customer service experience was terrible. I messaged asking about being declined a cash out for a bet (even though the option was available) I got a response that it was something to do with the traders, and then the agent Dennis cut me offline immediately. It was so frustrating after waiting half an hour for a response, and them failing to allow me to cash out. It was inly 45 quid but it didn't seem fair to me and getting cut off was enough. I lose about 50 quid a month with them so they won't miss me but someone else can have my cash now.

Depositing money is quick and easy, but withdrawing is a completely different story. I deposited £20 via Apple Pay, won £75, and then suddenly couldn’t withdraw. Apple Pay was conveniently “under maintenance” with no timeframe, and I was told I couldn’t use bank transfer because of how I deposited. Customer support cut me off mid-conversation and has ignored me ever since. This feels extremely misleading and untrustworthy. The whole setup appears designed to take deposits but block withdrawals. I would strongly warn others to stay away.

DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE BETTING COMPANY!!! They do not pay out your winnings!!! My horse won on the Grand National 3 days ago. I then attempted to withdraw my winnings straight after the race and they blocked them being sent to my ApplePay account, which was originally used to pay for the bet. When confronted with the reasons why they won't pay out, they demand your bank statements. Then when you ask why they need bank statement, when you payed via Applepay, their customer support agents cut you off and ignore your emails. 247bet is a SCAM website and should be taken down immediately and anyone promoting it or working for it should be investigated.

Hi there..so I started using 247Bet within the last month and they were good enough to take the £2800 I had bet in total over that period. I then won £8000 and tried to withdraw the money and they said they need documents and bank statements. I sent them every thing they asked for and then I got blocked off there site and they have now stopped replying to my emails. I now feel totally betrayed by 247 bet as they have technically stolen my money that I have deposited add stolen the money that I have won. I am now filled with anxiety and stress over this and had to go to the doctors to help calm my body down. I can’t believe the way that 247 bet has treated me it’s disgusting. I don’t know the next steps to take regarding this mater. I feel now I need to consult my lawyer over this disgusting act by 247Bet I would advise everyone to stay clear of 247Bet at all cost Thanks George greenwood
